Stop paying invoices
one by one!
FinStream collects invoices from SPV (ANAF's online portal) and email, checks them before payment and lets you pay them all from one place. You just review and approve.
Example with fictional suppliers. Tick what you want to pay and press Pay.
Example with fictional suppliers.
Example with fictional suppliers. Delta Print was already paid the same amount on 28 Sep, so the new invoice looks like a duplicate.
From the SPV invoice to the payment made
Four steps, in one app. No IBANs copied by hand into internet banking and no separate spreadsheets.
Automatic collection
Invoices from SPV and email arrive in FinStream on their own. PDFs are read with AI.
Checks before payment
We flag invoices that look like duplicates and deduct credit notes from the amount payable.
Approval
See what is ready to pay and what was held back. Optionally, a second colleague can approve the payment.
Bulk payments
Pay one invoice or several at once, now or on a scheduled date, in full or in part.
We check, so you do not check three times
Most wrong payments do not come from carelessness, but from fatigue: dozens of invoices, the same fields, the same Friday. FinStream does the boring checks and shows you only what deserves a second look.
- Duplicates are flagged: same invoice number from the same supplier, or the same amount within a few days
- Credit notes are deducted from the amount payable
- The remaining balance stays visible on the invoice after partial payments
- If you switch on approval, nobody pays alone
For anyone who pays suppliers every week
Companies with many suppliers
Dozens or hundreds of invoices a month, paid by one person or a small finance team.
What you can do →Accounting firms
All clients in one account, each with its own invoices, approvals and access.
For accountants →Companies with several branches
Roles per company and per branch, so each person sees and pays only what is theirs.
Roles and approvals →The fine for a B2B invoice you record without it going through RO e-Factura
On a 20,000 RON invoice, the fine is 3,000 RON. The recipient pays it too, not only the issuer. FinStream shows you what came through SPV and what did not, before you pay.
