Tick what you want to pay. Confirm once.
Today someone opens each invoice, looks it up in internet banking, copies the IBAN and amount, then ticks a table. With a few hundred invoices a month, that is a full-time job. In FinStream it takes a few minutes.
Payments the way you need them
- One by one or all at once
- Now or on a date you choose
- In full or in part, with the remaining balance shown on the invoice
- Credit notes are deducted automatically from the amount payable
The money does not pass through us
FinStream prepares the payment and you approve it. For bank transfers, you authorise in your bank. FinStream never holds your money.
Nobody moves money alone
The person who requests a payment cannot also approve it. A second person sees the invoice, the amount and the IBAN, then approves or rejects with a note. The amount and IBAN are frozen from the moment of the request. If anything changes, the request is cancelled.
Approval is optional and you switch it on for each company separately.

Everything stays in the history: who, what and when.
